So I just came in on July 18th. I ordered a wintermelon milk tea with triple golden boba and regular sweetness. The wintermelon was super sweet. When I received it after taking some sips I noticed it wasn't cold and had no ice. I got home to put some ice in it and it is a tad better but still super sweet. I used to work at multiple boba shops. I know what wintermelon is suppose to taste like. Now, I asked the young lady if they were hiring and she said "we only hire Vietnamese". I mean good for you but that is a wild statement. Maybe it's only at this location but when I worked at one of my boba jobs. I remember a young lady came in my job and we were chatting about her employment. The young lady was white. So I don't know. Guess I am good enough to be a customer and not good enough to work there based on me being Caucasian. Overall Milk tea was ok. I really don't think I will be back.

If I could rate 0 stars, I probably would. I’ve been here with my mom 3 times now because it’s much closer than the location on S Cooper, and without fail, the staff is incredibly rude and uninterested in serving us. Every single time, we’ve walked in without being greeted, and the staff doesn’t even really speak to us when we’re trying to order. Literally this: **staff speaking to eachother in Vietnamese/Thai/other(??)** “Hello!” “…” “Can I get *whatever drink*?” “Okay…” “Thank you!” “….” Not sure if it’s a race thing or not, but just go to the Ding Tea on Cooper, even if it’s out of the way. Hope this location shuts down.

5/16/26, around 1:45. Customer service was poor. I lost my voice and could hardly speak. I asked the young lady what was a matcha she turned to speak with another young lady. Talking in their languages, rude as hell I had to tap the counter and let her know Im losing my voice 😤 and trying to figure out which one to drink, she mention Green matcha, I said ok I'll try it. I got it, it was $5.50 or something like that. The tea taste like dirt with to much sugar. I tried to drink it but I couldn't it was horrible. I took it back explained and put the tea on the counter & asked for another drink. She begin to ring me up for another tea WTH 🤦🏽‍♀️ I just said I didn't like the other one barely drunk it and she was going to charge me again. Ok, so I told her again.. . I didnt like the other one Once again she spoke to the other young lady and turned and said to me we give you a discount $2.95 wow... It wasn't about money it's was the principle. I ordered 50% sweet, but this tasted like they accidentally hit the “extra sugar” button five times. It was giving 150% sweet vibes. I’ve ordered this drink many times, so I can tell the sweetness was definitely off. The flavor was good, just way sweeter than what I asked for, which made it hard to enjoy. Hopefully they can double-check sweetness levels next time.

Highly recommended boba tea shop!!! Liked their taro milk tea. I did not customize sugar or ice level. Yet it came out perfect; not too sweet, definitely not bland. Super friendly and welcoming staff. One of the most aesthetic tea shop in the area! We will visit again!!!
